In the future an art student will be granted their graduation certificate on the condition that they kill an established artist. Following graduation, they will be given two years to achieve this task, and those who fail will have their lips sewen shut and given jobs as art school models. Those who are successful will be graded with consideration of such things as the novelty of their choice, the esteem of their victim and the manner of the deed.
